All our guests commented on just how breathtaking and beautiful the setting of Memoire is, how efficient and friendly the staff are and how delicious the food was. The staff were brilliant, always happy to help with any queries we had. The venue is so beautifully kept and the gardens are immaculate.

A big thank you to Zavion Kotze for everything, making sure everything was perfect on the day, for bringing our dream wedding to reality. We had a fantastic day. None of it could have been possible without your input, patience, ideas, understanding and hard work.

To all of the above suppliers, it was such a pleasure to work with such wonderful professionals, we really appreciate all the hard work put into our special day. You all went the extra mile to make our day so beautiful.

Ruan & Morgan {Photographing a Photographer}

Morgan and I met under strange circumstances (here's that story: "The Second Shooter") and have since worked together a couple of times. And how flattered did I feel when Morgan asked me to photograph her and Ruan on their wedding! 

It was a small ceremony for only their closest family and friends, since they got married on a Cruise Ship a couple of months ago already, and Morgan had complete trust in me when we ventured into Joburg's CBD for the pics! Had an awesome time!

David & Angelique {Family = Love}

I had the pleasure of photographing David & Angelique's wedding about 2 years back and they've recently been blessed with a beautiful baby boy, and asked us to do their newborn shoot as well as a family shoot. They are fortunate to have both sets of great grandparents still with them, and also some great great grandparents!

Denielle, who has the most amazing patience with newborns, as well as the talent to photograph the little people, did their newborn shoot at David and Angelique's house. Photographing babies in their environment is such a pleasure - everyone is relaxed.

Then we followed that up a couple of weeks later with an extended family shoot at Angelique's parents' home. So special to have so many family members there!

Love these special relationships I am able to have with 'total strangers'. From meeting them the very first time after their engagement, when they start looking for a photographer to capture their wedding, to sharing in their joy when a baby is born, and later doing family photographs for them!
